Drum stick primroses are springing up,
Tulips are coming out,
the magnolia is blossoming,
and Hazel is buffing her claws on the quince tree!

- Born in Sidmouth in the county of Devon, England. Educated at St Peters, Lympstone; Prior Park College, Bath; the then Dorset College of Agriculture; the then South Dorset Technical College, Weymouth and the then Berkshire Area Health Authority School of Nursing, Moulsford. I left the UK on my travels in the summer of 1980 arriving in the US of A in the summer of 1981. I have had many adventures in New Jersey, Oregon, California and Massachusetts before reaching Mid Coast Maine. I've had my share of joys, challenges, tears and laughter.
